Help Please

I am using votive blend wax and my tarts the past 2 times when you put them into your warmers they do not fully melt,I supose the wax is to hard .I have been doing this for 2 years and I have trouble getting the correct wax each time even with the same company and same box number my wax sometimes is different.
This last batch when pouring it would try to harden as I pour and I have much complaints that the tarts don't melt correctly so givin all that I don't  have my scent throw .
My question is can any one share and give me the very best wax to use for scented tarts ?

What type of wax is it? IS it wax you have purchased from us?
For most votives people use a pillar wax, or if you are pouring straight into a container you can use a soft container wax. For tarts most people use a type of container wax. The only think I can think of is that the wax you are using have a high melt point and the tea lights used on the bottom of the warmer can not get hot enough to melt the wax in the top.
